Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of MorphCam ("the Service"). By creating an account or using MorphCam, you agree to this Policy. Violating it may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

2. Permitted use

MorphCam is intended for creating original video content using an AI-generated persona — including but not limited to faceless content creation, character-based streaming and entertainment, and online education, where the use of an AI persona is transparent to your audience.

MorphCam is made for creators, streamers and entertainment. Whenever you use an AI character with MorphCam, it must be disclosed as AI: the people watching you or talking to you must be told, or must clearly be able to tell, that they are seeing an AI character and not your real face.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use MorphCam.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use MorphCam to:

1. Impersonate any real, identifiable individual.
2. Deceive any person regarding your identity, including in personal, romantic, financial, commercial, or professional interactions.
3. Engage in or facilitate fraud, scams, catfishing, romance scams, or any form of financial deception.
4. Create, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving any real person, or content sexualizing minors.
5. Harass, threaten, defame, or intentionally cause harm to any person.
6. Present AI-generated video as authentic, unaltered footage of a real person with intent to mislead.
7. Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
8. Infringe the intellectual property or publicity rights of others.
9. Use MorphCam to pass, bypass or interfere with any identity, age or "know your customer" (KYC) check, including selfie, liveness or video verification by banks, crypto exchanges, payment services, employers or any other platform.
10. Commit sextortion: threaten to share intimate or sexual images or video of anyone, real or AI-generated, or demand money, images or anything else in exchange for not sharing them.
11. Promote hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics, or bully or repeatedly harass anyone.
12. Do anything involving minors: depict, imitate, sexualize, contact, deceive or groom anyone under 18, or let anyone under 18 use your account.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to review accounts and content and to request identity verification.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks this Policy, with or without notice. Any remaining credits on an account suspended or closed for a violation are forfeited and are not refunded. Serious violations — including fraud, impersonation, KYC or identity-check abuse, sextortion, and anything involving minors — lead to immediate, permanent removal.

We cooperate with law enforcement. Where the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith that it is needed to prevent fraud or protect someone from harm, we may share account details, payment records, reports and other relevant information with the police and other authorities.

5. Reporting violations

To report a violation of this Policy, contact abuse@usemorphcam.com. We review every report.

Please include what happened and when, where it happened (for example the app or website), any links, usernames or screenshots, and the MorphCam account involved if you know it. A real person reads every report, and we may contact you for more details. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of MorphCam after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
