Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of MorphCam ("the Service"), provided by YOM Digitals Limited. By creating an account or using MorphCam, you agree to this Policy. Violating it may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

2. Permitted use

MorphCam is intended for creating original video content using an AI-generated persona — including but not limited to faceless content creation, character-based streaming and entertainment, and online education, where the use of an AI persona is transparent to your audience.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use MorphCam to:

  1. Impersonate any real, identifiable individual.
  2. Deceive any person regarding your identity, including in personal, romantic, financial, commercial, or professional interactions.
  3. Engage in or facilitate fraud, scams, catfishing, romance scams, or any form of financial deception.
  4. Create, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving any real person, or content sexualizing minors.
  5. Harass, threaten, defame, or intentionally cause harm to any person.
  6. Present AI-generated video as authentic, unaltered footage of a real person with intent to mislead.
  7. Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
  8. Infringe the intellectual property or publicity rights of others.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to review accounts and content, to request identity verification, and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this Policy. Serious violations — including impersonation, fraud, and non-consensual content — will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.

5. Reporting violations

To report a violation of this Policy, contact abuse@usemorphcam.com. We review every report.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of MorphCam after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
