What it's for

MorphCam is for creating original content

MorphCam is for creating original content under an AI-generated persona. Faceless creators, character streamers, educators, and anyone who wants to make video content while keeping their real face private. The persona is the point — your audience knows they're watching a created character or avatar.

Prohibited Use

What MorphCam must never be used for

MorphCam may not be used to:

  • Impersonate a real, identifiable person.
  • Deceive anyone about who they are speaking to — including in dating, financial, business, or personal contexts.
  • Carry out scams, fraud, catfishing, or romance scams.
  • Create non-consensual, sexual, or harassing content involving any real person.
  • Mislead viewers into believing AI-generated video is real footage of a real person.

These rules are part of our Acceptable Use Policy, which every user agrees to.

Enforcement

How we enforce this

Account review.

We review accounts and can require verification at any time.

Fast response to reports.

Abuse reports sent to abuse@usemorphcam.com are treated as a priority and investigated quickly.

Permanent bans.

Accounts found violating these rules are permanently banned, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

No second chances for serious abuse.

Impersonation, fraud, and non-consensual content result in immediate, permanent removal.

Account Review

How we review accounts

Enforcement only works if it's real. Here is how account review actually works at MorphCam.

Every account is created with a real email. Account sign-up requires a working email address, and payment through Paystack is tied to a real identity. Anonymous, throwaway accounts are not how MorphCam is meant to be used.

We review accounts manually. MorphCam is run by real people who look at how the service is being used. We can — and do — review individual accounts, especially any that are reported or that show patterns consistent with misuse.

We can request verification. If anything about an account raises concern, we can require additional verification before that account continues using MorphCam.

Reports are acted on quickly. A report sent to abuse@usemorphcam.com goes to a real person and is treated as a priority. We investigate, and where a violation is confirmed, we act — including permanent removal.

We would rather be a smaller service with users we trust than a larger one we don't.

Common Questions

The hard questions, answered honestly

Isn't this just a deepfake tool?

No. A deepfake is built to make people believe a specific real person did or said something. MorphCam does the opposite: it gives you an AI persona that is clearly not a real, identifiable individual. The persona is the point — and impersonating a real person is strictly prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

What stops someone using MorphCam for scams?

Several things. Every account is tied to a real email and to identity-linked payment. We review accounts and act fast on abuse reports. Accounts used for fraud, romance scams, or impersonation are permanently banned, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. No tool can make misuse impossible — but MorphCam is built so misuse is risky, traceable, and unwelcome.

Can I use MorphCam to look like a celebrity or someone I know?

No. Impersonating any real, identifiable person is prohibited. MorphCam is for original AI personas and characters — not for wearing someone else's face.

Is it wrong to hide your face online?

Not at all. Choosing privacy is not deception. There is a clear and important difference between protecting your own identity and lying about who you are. MorphCam exists entirely for the first one — and is built to prevent the second.

Our Commitment

We would rather lose a customer than allow abuse.

We built MorphCam to protect creators' privacy — not to help anyone deceive or harm others. We would rather lose a customer than allow the tool to be used for abuse. That principle guides every decision we make about MorphCam.
