1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how YOM Digitals Limited ("we", "us", "MorphCam") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MorphCam application and website. By using MorphCam, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

  1. Account information: the name, email address, and password you provide when creating an account. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
  2. Transaction information: records of credit purchases and credit usage. Card details are handled entirely by Paystack and are never stored by us.
  3. Uploaded content: if you upload a character image for transformation, it is processed to provide the Service and deleted automatically after your streaming session ends.
  4. Technical information: basic information necessary to operate and secure the Service, such as connection logs.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate MorphCam.
  • Process credit purchases and track credit balances.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Protect the Service against abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Send you service-related communications, and — if you opt in — occasional product updates.

4. Third-party services

MorphCam relies on trusted third parties to operate:

  • Paystack processes payments. Your payment is subject to Paystack's own privacy policy.
  • Decart provides the real-time AI video transformation. Video is processed to deliver the Service.

We share with these providers only what is necessary to deliver MorphCam.

5. Your video

Real-time video is processed to provide the transformation while you stream. MorphCam does not record or store your streams.

6. Data retention

We keep account and transaction information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Uploaded character images are deleted automatically after each session.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@usemorphcam.com. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law. You may unsubscribe from product update emails at any time.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encryption of passwords and secure handling of payment processing. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

MorphCam is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
