Partner Program Terms

1. About these terms

These Partner Program Terms apply if you take part in the MorphCam partner program (the "Program"). They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which also apply to you as a partner. By sharing your referral link or code, you accept these terms.

2. Who can join

Any MorphCam account holder aged 18 or over, whose account is in good standing, can join. You get your referral link and code in the partner dashboard at app.usemorphcam.com/partners or under Partner program in the app.

3. How referrals are counted

1. A person counts as your referral only if they use your link or type your code when they create their MorphCam account. A code cannot be added to an account after it has been created.
2. The Program is single level only. You earn on purchases made by people you referred directly. You do not earn on purchases made by people they refer.
3. A "paying customer" is a referral who has made at least one confirmed purchase that has not been refunded or reversed.

4. Commission

1. You earn 10% commission on every confirmed credit purchase made by your referrals.
2. From your 10th paying customer, your rate rises to 15% on every confirmed purchase made by your referrals from then on.
3. Commission is calculated on the price of the credit package purchased, in US Dollars. It is not calculated on any bonus credits, network fees or exchange fees.

5. Bonus for people you refer

People who sign up with your link or code receive 10% extra credits on their first purchase. This bonus is paid by MorphCam and does not reduce your commission.

6. Using and withdrawing your earnings

1. Commission is held for 7 days after the purchase it comes from. After that it becomes available in your partner dashboard.
2. You can convert available earnings into MorphCam credits instantly in the partner dashboard, at the rate shown there.
3. You can withdraw available earnings by USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin or Nigerian bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is $20.
4. You are responsible for giving us correct payout details. Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address or bank detail you provide.
5. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.

7. Reversals

If a purchase is refunded, or we find that it was fraudulent or made in breach of our Terms, the commission on that purchase is reversed. If you have already withdrawn or converted it, we may deduct it from your future earnings.

8. How you may promote MorphCam

Share MorphCam honestly. You must not:

1. Send spam, including unsolicited bulk messages, or post your link where it isn't welcome.
2. Make misleading claims about MorphCam, including what it does, its price, or what people will earn, or suggest that MorphCam can be used to deceive anyone.
3. Pretend to be MorphCam, or suggest that you speak for MorphCam.
4. Refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts, or use any trick to generate referrals or purchases.
5. Promote MorphCam for any use our Acceptable Use Policy forbids.

9. Suspension

If you break these terms, our Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may suspend or remove you from the Program, reverse commission, and withhold earnings connected with the violation. Serious or repeated violations may also lead to your MorphCam account being closed.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms, the commission rates or the Program itself, or end the Program. We will give notice of changes on this page and in the partner dashboard. Continuing to take part after a change takes effect means you accept it.
